Overview

Support FM Seoul's day to day business and growth plan under internal/regulatory guideline and risk monitoring

Responsibilities

As FM Business Manager, your tasks and responsibilities will principally be:

  • Support preparing business plans/strategies
  • Coordinate the Product Approval Process with various stakeholders for implementation of new products or entry into new markets
  • Monitor and prepare periodic reports financial and non-financial risks and incidents (Risk Acceptance, Conduct and FO Supervision)
  • Participate KMM/KRC/NFRC/ICC for FM related issues
  • Perform Annual PCF testing
  • Incorporate new procedures/policies and update/review such procedure and policies
  • Ensure FM activity is compliant with local/ global regulation and internal policies and procedures
  • KYC for FM Clients and Counterparties: Take PAM/LAM Role for FM Mono accounts and CCP, Monitor CDD/ODD status along with KYC team and FMCC, and liaise with PAM/SALES/CDU/Client Outreach/MLRO
  • Support KTB trading and FI client business with Seoul traders and offshore sales/clients
  • Liaise with FM/GT and IT team for Projects/ QBR procedure

Person Specification

To be considered for this role, the applicant would ideally possess the following pre-requisites:

  • Preferred 5-10 years of working experience in Business management or Financial markets(related work experience preferred but not mandatory)
  • Fluent in English and Korean, both verbally and written;
  • Ability to communicate well and work with people in different department at all levels;
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS office, Word, Power Point
  • Willingness to learn and participate in activities;
  • Open minded and eagerness to challenge;
  • Positive and constructive feedback to team members continuously
