Job Profile Summary

Responsible for the day-to-day processing requirements of the function performs various structured routine operational tasks in a standard work environment. Handles medium complex processes.  Understands the mission and vision of the company and how the department contributes to that. Works under supervision; receives instruction, guidance, and direction from a senior team member. Acts in line with ING rules and policies.

Job Responsibilities:

As an Analyst, your tasks and responsibilities will principally be:

  • Responsible for Day-to-day processing for FX/Derivatives/Money Market/Futures/Fixed Income.
  • Handle Local Application /Local Settlements/Local reporting /Client in Local language.
  • Interact and liaison with Front Office, Agent, Client and all other relevant parties to ensure the smooth processing of transactions.
  • Preparation and oversight of reports and statistical data for internal use in the aspects of volume count, control and management purposes.
  • Ensure that knowledge of banking products and operational processes is recognized and documented in work instructions and procedures. Does this for complex products and projects.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties and queries assigned from time to time.
  • Understand roles, authorities, responsibilities, and obligations of compliance and conduct their business accordingly.
  • Ensure that the proper control is in place in all operational process .
  • Update Standard Operating Procedure when there are changes.
  • Undertake special projects as required.

What we're looking for:                        

To be considered for this role, the applicant would ideally possess the following pre-requisites:

  • Preferred 7-10 years of working experience in Market Operation.
  • Fluent in English and Korean, both verbally and written.
  • Ability to communicate well and work with people in different department at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS office, Word, Power Point.
  • Willingness to learn and participate in activities.
  • Open minded and eagerness to challenge.
  • Positive and constructive feedback to team members continuously.
