This offers pre-integrated supporting platform services and enables engineers to build global and local business propositions. This is on top of the provided Banking Technology Platform.
Chief Data Management Office
Aiming on getting all data within ING into one big central pool (a Data Lake), where it can be used for multiples purposes: from customer behavioural analyses to regulatory reporting.
CISO

CTO Office
The Chief Technology Office (CTO) Office will support the majority of the CTO organisation and the CTO itself. It operates as an extension of the CTO and includes: Way of working, partner management, NextGenTech and business operations (i.e. Non-Financial Risk, global change, data and reporting and CTO Communications).

The Enterprise Architecture department of the Chief Technology Office
(CTO) is headed by the distinguished chief architect and the department includes the team of Enterprise Architecture Office, business management and the domain chief architects.
Group Services
A cluster of services targeted for Business Support functions as business line (e.g. Risk, Finance, KYC) and end user services for the whole ING workforce (e.g. workplace services).

Payment & Settlement Services (PSS) designs, builds and operates high quality and efficient payment, settlement and open banking services, that are easy to consume, and enable our internal and external customers to stay at the forefront of the industry.
