Complete your rotations

Over two years you’ll complete four six-month rotations – three foundational and one elective – within your track. You’ll also collaborate on two major cross-functional projects working on real-life business challenges.

Retail

Join the Retail track and your foundation rotations will include placements in a Product Tribe (Mortgages, Consumer Lending, Daily Banking or Wealth), Contact Centre/Customer Experience and Digital. Your elective rotation can be in Credit Risk, Finance, Operations or Marketing/Customer Interactions.

Technology

Choose our Technology track and your foundation rotations will include placements in Delivery, Risk & Security and Infrastructure. For your elective rotation you can choose from Data or Site Reliability Engineering.

Operations

Take the Operations track and your foundation rotations give you experience across Credit Operations, Treasury & Payment Operations, Business Control Office, Fraud and KYC. Your elective rotation can be in Process Analytics/Improvement, Transformation Office or our Enterprise Tribe.

Retail Technology Operations
