“Talent and Learning Consultant” position, reporting to the Head of Talent & Learning, will be responsible for learning & development, diversity, inclusion and belonging, young talent management, succession planning and leadership development, , . Partnering strongly with the Business as well as HR Business Partners, this role will also have strong and continuous contact with the global Talent and Learning Team.

If you think you have most of the following qualifications;
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences or other related fields
- Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience (Talent and Learning area is preferred)
- In-depth knowledge on the full talent and learning life cycle
- Strong learning consulting and coaching capabilities
- Proven experience in developing and leading DIB strategies and initiatives
- Analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision making
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace
- A strategic mindset that allows you to come up with successful plans of action and to bring new perspectives to the table
- Result oriented person with strong planning and organization skills and have proven ability to work in a fast paced organization
- Experience in project and stakeholder management within a global environment
- Robust communication and influencing skills to interact with executive leadership team and senior stakeholders as well as young talents
- Impactful and continuous partnership with training consultants, universities, communication teams and agencies etc.
- Ability to lead and drive multiple priorities and flexibility in handling the entire process between strategic partnership and operational execution
- Good command of written/verbal English and Turkish
If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities;
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand talent and learning needs, develop solutions and manage year-long learning calender to support business lines. Take active role in leading the successful design, development, implementation, and delivery of L&D programs that in line with global strategies
- Design and deliver talent development programs that engage our workforce and deliver on our key learning needs as efficiently as possible, with focus on developing digital learning capabilities
- Lead the local delivery of the Global diversity, inclusion and belonging strategy. Identify and design best practices and tools. Monitor and report on the progress of DIB initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership team
- Partner with HR and leaders and other key stakeholders to integrate key diversity & inclusion strategies into the organization’s culture, including leadership development, cultural change, talent management, outreach activities, and management capability through DIB focused initiatives and development tools
- Serve as a subject matter Expert on DIB topics, providing guidance and training to employees ay all levels
- Build partnership with external organisations and community groups to enhance DIB efforts and outreach
- Make an effort to identify and mitigate any potential biases in HR policies and practices
- Lead the delivery of young talent development programs that engage our workforce and deliver on our key learning needs as efficiently as possible. Make sure employees get simple, actionable feedback on their potential and development and that as an organization young talents of ING Turkey are identifiedSkilled in developing and implementing leadership development programs, capability building programs and strategic workforce management
- Good exposure to key talent topics: competency based interviews, psychometric assessments, inventories, talent management and development tools such as coaching, mentoring etc.
- Lead the conduct of new hire orientations and onboarding programs
- Support Talent & Learning Director creating our talent and learning agenda
- Work closely with HRBPs to ensure that global talent and development processes and plans are implemented in business lines successfully
Be a trusted advisor in the L&D and talent space with the ability to influence best practice, bringing a solid point of how to build a high potential organization
