“Talent and Learning Consultant” position, reporting to the Head of Talent & Learning, will be responsible for talent management & development, succession planning, leadership development, learning & development. Partnering strongly with the Business as well as HR Business Partners, this role will also have strong and continuous contact with the global Talent and Learning Team.

If you think you have most of the following qualifications;
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or other related fields
- Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience (experience in Talent and Learning function is desirable; yet business leaders who can demonstrate a track record and a passion for Talent and Learning will also be considered)
- Outstanding influencing skills, who is used to interacting with executive leadership team and senior stakeholders
- Strong at coaching and facilitation
- Experience in assessment systems and partnership for development and management with training consultants, universities, etc.
- Skilled in developing and implementing leadership development programs, capability building programs and digital learning capabilities
- Skilled in developing strategy, driving execution and change management
- Ability to lead and drive multiple priorities
- Good command of written/verbal English and Turkish
If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities;
- Oversee end to end talent management processes, including talent development, retention and succession planning
- Develop and manage annual talent calender, ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic goals and objectives
- Lead the implementations of talent management strategies to attract, develop and retain top talent across the organisation
- Identify current and future strategic capability and succession needs, translating this into actionable development plans
- Colloborate with senior leadership and HR to identify and address talent gaps and create action plans to mitigate risks
- Monitor and analyse key talent metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continious improvement
- Partner with leaders and HRBPs to understand their talent needs and support workforece planning efforts
- Drive the adoption of best practices and innovative approaches in talent management to enhance organisational performance
- Skilled in developing and implementing leadership development programs, capability building programs and strategic workforce management
- Take active role in leading the successful design, development, implementation, and delivery of L&D programs that in line with global strategies
- Design and deliver talent development programs that engage our workforce and deliver on our key learning needs as efficiently as possible, with focus on developing digital learning capabilities
- Support Talent & Learning Director creating our talent and learning agenda
- Work closely with HRBPs to ensure that global talent and development processes and plans are implemented in business lines successfuly
- Good exposure to key talent topics: competency based interviews, psychometric assessments, inventories, talent management and development tools such as coaching, mentoring etc.
- Make sure employees get simple, actionable feedback on their potential and development and that as an organization talents of ING Turkey are identified
