What is "Practica Camp"?
Practica Camp is a 2-day meeting, integration, learning and evaluation process in which young talents and ING management and employees come together, get to know the institution and each other closely, and evaluate the appropriateness of corporate and individual values and attitudes.
Young people participating in the camp have the opportunity to meet and chat with the top executives of ING, show their potential by pushing their limits with case studies and panel interviews, have a good time with entertaining activities and acquire new networks.
Candidates who have successfully completed the evaluation steps in the camp and find the ING culture close to them will be evaluated within the scope of the ING International Talent Program (ITP) and will take their place among the talents that shape the future of ING.

Application conditions
- To graduate from universities that provide formal education for 4 years in the last 2 years
- Having 0-2 years of work experience
- Good command of written / spoken English and Turkish
