Department responsible for migration of transaction initiation from old system to new harmonized platform, and migration of various Account Reporting from old system to a new Reporting solution. ​

Daily Banking & Channels Support

Provide high quality support and assistance to Wholesale Banking Clients and ING internal departments regarding channels and daily banking inquiries, taking part in complex setup of processes and products.​

Pricing Desk

Interact with Finance in order to get the most competitive price for our Transaction Service Sales teams.​

Cash Advisory and Structuring

Prepare and manage tailor made proposals about ING wholesale banking products for ING bank corporate clients, creating “Payment and Cash Management” Solutions sent to ING Sales teams.​

Working Capital Solution

Supports the Supply Chain Finance Program of ING. We are responsible to contact, onboard and support Suppliers provided by the Buyers we are in contract from all around the World. ​

Expertise Team Daily Banking

The Team creates a positive and predictable client and employee experience and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, by steering and improving our global end to end (E2E) daily banking processes.​
