We are here to support all ING Hubs Slovakia users in ensuring they have all of the tooling (hardware & software) required to effectively perform their job, ensure our IT infrastructure and security is up-to-par and internal projects run as smoothly as possible. We also help to automate and streamline our internal processes. Additionally, we support this location, as well as, other ING entities in managing their non-financial and IT risk

IT & Test Support

varied activities such as local IT Services Desk, 2nd line support for various ING applications, testing of various applications and automation of internal processes.

IT Security

help ensure ING entities are in control of their IT security by partnering with them on the implementation of ING’s IT Security Standards.

COO Hub

ensures and monitors that the global COO organization remains within risk appetite and improves and maintains global control standards.

Identity Access Management

facilitates the management of digital identity and protecting critical applications, data and systems from unauthorized access.

RPA

responsible for creating and implementing robotics solutions for WB processes in order to deliver efficiency, quality improvements and consistency in global processes.

Risk & Control

assists with implementation and advisory services related to Business Controls, Anti-fraud and Business Continuity Management.

Quality Assurance (QA)

team provides 1st LoD quality assurance activities for Customer Due Diligence, Customer Activity Monitoring, Global Alert Handling and Know Your Supplier by identifying and reporting trends and inaccuracies in these processes.
