Workday Compensation & Benefits Specialist

We are looking for you, if you:
- have at least 2 years of experience in providing functional oversight, gathering business requirements and performing system design and configuration for Compensation & Benefits modules,
- have ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects,
- actively seek for improvements & innovations,
- have ability to pay strong attention to detail,
- have strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with HR and IT clients,
- have full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
You'll get extra points for:
- Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer certification (preferable in Compensation),
- experience in participating in Workday delivery & support with a focus on Workday Compensation & Benefits modules,
- experience in optimizing Workday Compensation & Benefits processes,
- HR functional experience,
- experience in preparing and executing EIB loads,
- cross functional knowledge with other modules of Workday (HCM knowledge desired).
Your responsibilities:
- serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Compensation & Benefits and to be involved in design and modification efforts for continual system alignment with business objectives,
- perform Workday administrative functions relating to Workday Compensation & Bene module including EIB loads,
- manage the Production and establish a well-controlled systems environment,
- provide end-user support, change management, and issue resolution.
