We are looking for you, if you:

  • have a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT Audit or a related field or equivalent work experience,
  • have IT experience with managing a complex Exchange (Online) environment in an enterprise-level multinational organization with multiple email domains, including relevant Microsoft 365 certifications to show for it,
  • are with respect to automation: PowerShell has no secrets for you, and you have experience with automated Deployment in Azure DevOps pipelines for both scripts and configuration as code,
  • have current knowledge of IT security principles, specifically email security protocols (including SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and compliance standards applicable to Microsoft 365 services,
  • have experience with eDiscovery, Retention and Compliance in relation to email to support technical implementations and to support the compliance teams on technical matters,
  • understand the principles of outsourcing on operational, tactical and strategic levels with E2E accountability of the WPS Services delivered across multiple external and internal parties,
  • have preferably previously worked in highly regulated environments like financial institutions with segregation between Risk, Audits, Security, Security Response, Cyber Security, etc.

Your responsibilities:

  • you are maintaining and improving our services as part of a cross-border squad of peers and customer journey experts. Employee satisfaction is key to us!
  • you support the Product Manager and IT Area Lead on prioritisation of activities for the Messaging Team,
  • SaaS vendors constantly release new features; you will stay current with Microsoft updates and technologies, and preferably stay ahead by recommending improvements and change design requests,
  • you and your colleagues will be developing the services for the future, automating and simplifying them, as well as making them more robust and secure,
  • as a team, you monitor email system performance, resolve issues, and guarantee reliable email service access,
  • we are a valued partner for many of the big suppliers, such as Microsoft. You are in frequent contact with their key staff / product groups,
  • we are a bank, so we are highly regulated - we must be, if we want to safeguard our clients’ data. This requires thorough administration and strong processes; can you automate these and make them less of a burden?,
  • you collaborate with IT security to implement and manage security measures and compliance policies across our services,
  • no day will be the same, we work agile. We stimulate proactivity - you have the freedom to choose your own course of action for projects and other tasks whenever possible and you will be responsible with the team to set priorities for the stories and features to implement,
  • we provide a 24/7 global service. You will also share the responsibilities of the teams in solving 3rd line incidents on a rotation-based scheme, doing administration and participate in standby services.
