ITP (ING BSS - Tech Poland) - Analytics Track

ING offers you the chance to make the absolute most of your talent in a traineeship within the bank: the International Talent Programme (ITP). During the course of the traineeship ING will invest in your future now to develop the experts and leaders of tomorrow.

Our traineeship is a two year programme. It starts with three rotations, of which you can even do one abroad, if circumstances allow. After these three rotations you start in your permanent role. The traineeship offers a lot of flexibility. What does this mean? You’ll start within your traineeship track. One of your three rotations can be done in a different track, to give you the opportunity to experience and make impact on our clients, products or processes from a different angle. Must have:

• University Degree (min. Bachelor or Engineer) with strong mathematical background for example: computer science, statistics, econometrics, mathematics, ops research, engineering, science or other related technical discipline
• Experience with building models in code using quantitative techniques and programming languages like Python, R., Scala, C++, Java, SAS/ Matlab and open source software
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Maximum 2 years of working experience
• International experience
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Testing and validate data models
• Data processing and use of visualization tools
• Understanding & views on economic landscape & banking industry
