Daily Banking OPS Stageur

La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno dell’ufficio Daily Banking Operation e si occuperà di supportare il team nella gestione delle attività operative e dei controlli legate ai Processi Daily Banking e Customer. Il candidato ideale ha una spiccata attitudine al lavoro di squadra, alle relazioni interpersonali.
È una persona precisa, curiosa e con un forte orientamento al risultato. Deve avere capacità di analisi, competenze nella comunicazione scritta e forte orientamento al risultato.

Principali responsabilità:

• Erogare i controlli sulle attività svolte dal fornitore per i Processi sopra menzionati.

• Supportare nella gestire le richieste di servizio girate internamente dal BPO

• Durante la gestione delle attività sopra, il candidato dovrà
  o Individuare i motivi per cui il BPO non è in grado di gestire in autonomia le richieste o Individuare possibili soluzioni da implementare
  o Garantire gli aggiornamenti dei manuali
  o Analizzare la reportistica prodotta dal BPO

Completano il profilo:

• Conoscenza del pacchetto Office

• Lingua inglese

• Laurea conseguita o in corso Area: Economica,Giuridica, Sociologica, Comunicazione, Ingegneria dell’Informazione, Statistica e Scienze Politiche
