We are looking for an energetic, creative, and delivery-oriented Business manager to support the Global & local NL head of Collections.
The team
Within this role you will work closely together with the NL Tribe Leadership team giving you a good understanding of both the Tribe & Supercircle way of work. Furthermore, this role will provide you broad insight in the global ING organization, as you will also be working closely together with the Global Collections Expert lead and subsequently all the countries functionally reporting to the Global Head of Collections. Therefore, giving you the opportunity to work on a strategic, tactical and operational level both within DBNL as within Global COO.

As Business Manager your responsibilities include:
- proactively support the NL & Global LT in the performance of day-to-day activities to enable focus, prioritization, effective decision making and results
- Structure and organize the way of work within Collections NL & Global
- Work on the & role out of the renewed strategies of both Collections NL & Global
- The preparation of communications and presentations for various key stakeholders
- Preparation and facilitation of MT meetings, employee gatherings and team offsites
- You proactively signal and suggest areas for improvement in internal processes, consistent with our efforts to simplify and standardise our processes across Collections.
- Actively take on and participate in strategic projects both in NL and at Global level.

- You are a strong communicator and fluent in English and Dutch
- You are a hands-on type of person and have a very structured way of working.
- You know how to prepare inspiring presentations, digital communication including webinars/townhalls.
- Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
- An entrepreneurial & proactive ‘ take it on and make it happen’ mind set
- You are organisational sensitive and capable of creating buy-in and engagement at all levels of the organisation.
- You don’t scare away of challenging the status quo and are eager to propose creative solutions to problems.
- You can take a helicopter view and are able to prioritize tasks.
Given the nature of the work and access to confidential and sensitive information, the role is deemed to be ‘sensitive’. An extra security clearance is required by the Corporate Special Investigations (CSI) team to be appointed to this role.
