What are we looking for?

We are looking for a trainee in the Human connection tribe who:

• Data drive: support to understand the data to make better business decisions looking for constant business enhance.
• To support monitor the main KPIs looking for business opportunities.
• To contribute at the day to day to better understand how the sales channel behaves.
• Support those who perform controls for regulatory compliance.
• Helps in the monitoring and control of impediments that arise in our branches.
• Support the various activities related to the Branches, resulting in efficiency and an effective way of working between branches and different areas of the bank

Requirements:

• Economics, enterprises administration, statics, or similar degrees both last year students and recently graduate
• Data driven, common sense and attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Good learning capability
• High English level
• High knowledge of Microsoft Office: power point and excel
• Not experience required
