Lending Stageur

ING Bank è alla ricerca di un/una giovane Stageur che si unirà alla Squad Cessione del Quinto, all’interno della Tribe Lending and Protection. Squad Cessione del Quinto è responsabile della 
gestione del prodotto CQS e del governo dei relativi processi di business.
Il/la candidato/a avrà la possibilità ad affiancarsi alla Squadra CQS nello sviluppo dei prodotti/servizi di riferimento, nel monitoraggio del posizionamento del prodotto, nell’implementazione delle iniziative commerciali finalizzate all’acquisizione dei crediti cqs, attraverso l’analisi della concorrenza e nel monitoraggio dei principali KPI, assicurandosi il coinvolgimento e allineamento di tutte le parte coinvolte.
Il candidato collabora con il Product Owner CQ e le principali aree della banca ( Credit Risk, Compliance, Finance, Legal, DpoO, IT…) 
Principali responsabilità:

• Supporto nelle attività progettuali (analisi e raccolta requisiti funzionali)
• Supporto nella gestione dei processi di business (Processi, procedure, analisi di mercato e di business, preparazione di business case, attività di reporting)
• Supporto nella pianificazione e nell’organizzazione delle attività di onboarding nuovi Originator 

Requisiti richiesti e soft skills:

• Conoscenza/interesse verso il mondo bancario
• Percorso di studi in ambito economico/gestionale/legale 
• Proattività e orientamento al risultato
• Ottime capacità organizzative, analitiche, comunicative e interpersonali
• Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office
