COO Governance Expert

Acting as a lead and in his/her managerial position, he/she is responsible of:

Proactively supporting the strategy analysis in COO with the aim to ensure a continuous improvement. The candidate will support/lead business case for each initiatives aimed to generate efficiency in COO, challenge/support through costs analysis COO departments to become scalable, support/lead sourcing strategy with independently view. The candidate will ensure costs efficiency continuous measurement in coordination with the key stakeholder and oversight monitoring in order to ensure to achieve Targets. He/She maintain proactive relationship with Procurement team to monitor vendors and initiatives, along with internal cost controllers to track progress. Finally he/she help team coordination to ensure common objectives success.

Competencies: 

• An understanding and solid background of the Cost analysis, (direct/indirect, pareto efficiency, ABC analysis, etc.) which allows him/her to interface independently with main stakeholders and business partners.

• Experience of Process flow, with an end-to-end vision, with know how of Banks process

• Working effectively across functions (COO, Tribes, Finance).

• Proficient in  project management.

• Spirit of initiative and collaboration, provides his own contribution by bringing new ideas.

• Fluent English.

• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise presentation
