People who are energetic, focused and ‘fit for work’ – that’s what we like to see at ING. But sustaining the necessary level of energy and focus requires effort and can be hard work sometimes, especially now that a lot of people are working from home full-time. That’s why ING invests in wellbeing for all employees. We do all we can to help them stay in top condition, both physically and mentally.
