A day in the life of a Team leader Private Banking

● You coach a local team of private bankers.

● You represent the ING Private Banking organization locally, both internally and externally.

● You are steering the synergies with other departments and segments from your area: business banking, independent agents and statutory agents, personal banking…

● You are responsible for the commercial performance of your team.

● You manage a personal portfolio of clients and contribute to the results of your team.
