Your main responsibilities

  • Answering customer queries and solving problems from start to finish and identify business opportunities.

  • Maintain contact with customers via e-mail, telephone and (video)chat

  • Continuously meet customer expectations: the WOW effect in the In-Life processes related to business clients (EASY – GUIDED – RELATIONSHIP) and their accounts and mandate needs

  • Maintain an exceptional contact with customers, prospects and internal stakeholders

  • Acquire and keep knowledge up to date in order to perform activities correctly and professionally

  • Take into account and respect the applicable laws and regulations

  • Ensure the operational processing of the customer's request while respecting the applicable procedures and service level agreements

What we are looking for?

What do we expect from a CLT member? 

  • Show a flexible attitude: you don't mind working during flexible opening hours or 

  • lend a hand in another team when needed.

  • Hold a bachelor's or master's degree.

  • Be commercially minded and take into account business results, customer focus and

  • entrepreneurship.

  • Be prepared to obtain the necessary (legal) certificates for employment.

  • Be prepared to learn what is necessary to perform your tasks.

  • Be prepared to learn about ING's processes and products.

  • NL, FR and ENG (level B1 European standard) – writing and speaking

  • German is a plus.

  • To be able to work as well in team as individually on your dedicated tasks.
